Hi Tim - did your EeePC arrive? What do you make of it? So far I am impressed with how adaptable it is, but am less impressed with the overall battery life between charges. It would be good to know how you get on with yours.

I'm beginning to love my Asus Eeepc. I debating buying 5 for my classroom. I started liking it a whole bunch more once I installed the eeeXubuntu operating system on it. There are some compromises like small screen and limited battery, but the low price and rock-solid Linux OS make a winner. It is fun to watch the kids ignore a $1000 iBook to play around with $350 EeePC.
