Our Nutrition Services department is working to offer more locally produced food in our school cafeterias. They have a program called Harvest of the Month and on Tuesday they invited local media to our school to talk to students about the latest choice…. beets…

    Oh what fun.

    I was telling people in my presentation yesterday, Tim, how I get so many useful resources from you (it was your blog post that lead me to VoiceThread) and how I wanted to be re-incarnated as a student at your school.

    Until I saw the beets video.

    I hate beets ;-)

    Tim,

    My mother always said to eat your beets because they make your blood red. Works for me.

    Try Harvard beets. They’re hard to… well, that’s too easy.

    Tim - I hate them too. Just had a conversation over dinner with friends last night about the two foods I don’t eat; beets and anchovies.
