		<description>I agree entirely.  I see this everyday especially in general education classes.  In special ed. settings the need for modified instruction calls for teachers to write individual &quot;lesson plans&quot;  for each student.  This pressure of working with paraprofessionals in both self-contained and inclusion settings doubles the instructional pressure.  I believe that teachers have to universally understand that this profession is no longer an 8-3 or contractual issue.  It has evolved into a profession where one is  working 24x7, because our work involves thinking and dissemination of ideas - our work continues whether we are doing our personal chores or not, whether we are in the classroom or not................</description>
