Pretty amazing how many billions of dollars are just floating out there in huge investment funds. Imagine if school districts in a state could all pool any money left over at the end of the school year, and start building a massive billion dollar "rainy day" fund. But I'm not convinced we're all 'looking for the mouse' - I'd like to think the time 'wasted' watching TV will diminish but not sure it's so straightforward or simple for most people!
